不同保护剂对藏羊冷冻精液品质影响的研究

摘　　要：本实验研究了不同保护剂对藏羊细管冷冻精液的品质影响。结果表明:含T ris的柠檬酸盐缓冲液可以提高冷冻-解冻后的精子活率(0.41±3.23)和精子顶体完整率(74.45±1.45),以等体积乙二醇替代甘油作防冻剂制作的细管冷冻精液,解冻后的精子活率(0.41±2.87)和顶体完整率(81.23±1.45)。稀释液中添加维生素B12对提高冷冻后精子活率(0.44±3.26)与保护顶体完整率(83.33±1.93)具有良好的作用。Effect of the different protective on quality of tubule frozen semen in Tibetan sheep in this experiment was studied. The results showed that citrate containing T ris buffer solution can increase the alive rate of frozen semen and thawed semen and rate of acrosome integrity of sperm. There is a signicantly difference comparing with citrate non - containing T ris buffer solution. There is a signicantly difference in alive rate of thawed semen and rate of acrosome integrity of sperm between equal volume of ethylene glycol instead of glycerol as anti - freeze tubule frozen semen （ p 〈 0.05 ）. Diluent adding vitamin B12 can increase the alive rate of frozen semen and acrosome intact rate. There is a ex- tremely signicantly difference comparing with control group（p 〈0.01 ）
