摘　　要：为开发时尚性纬编运动针织面料,在传统双面机的基础上进行机械改造,即在小幅增加成本的前提下,开发出4+6针道双面提花圆机。利用该机器可开发多种纬编针织面料,以开发几何字母女装提花面料为例,详细介绍原料选择、设备参数、织针排列、三角排列、面料参数、染整注意事项等。4+6针道双面提花圆机可开发面料的花型和花高范围更广,面料时尚性有所提高,可广泛应用于骑行、羽毛球运动、户外运动等轻运动服装中,为时尚运动面料的开发提供参考。In order to develop the fashion circular knitted fabric, the 4＋6 needle track double jacquard circular knitting machine was developed based on the traditional double circular machine with low cost increase. In this pa- per, a series of different knitted fabrics were designed and knitted on the developed machine. Taking the geometric letter ladies jacquard fabrics as examples, it introduced the raw material selection, parameters of the equipment, needle arrangement, cam arrangement, fabric parameters, dyeing and engineering precautions, etc. The developed machine increases both the width and depth of pattern and lends more fashion to the knitted fabrics, which can be widely used in sportswear such as riding, badminton playing and outdoor activities. The obtained results can pro- vide references to the fashionable sportswear fabric development.
