摘　　要：通过对经编小提花间隔织物的大量试样分析,从花型形状、外观色彩等角度归纳并划分几种主要的间隔织物花型种类,详细分析几何型、色彩型、变化网孔型、双面提花型、组合型等5种花纹的设计原理与方法。并在卡尔·迈耶RD6型经编机上开发色彩型透空双色花纹织物,详细介绍原料选择、垫纱数码、穿纱方式、送经量等编织工艺,为经编间隔织物的花型设计与产品开发提供参考。According to the analysis of a large number of warp knitted small jacquard spacer fabrics, the pat- tern of spacer fabric is divided into several kinds from pattern sharps and appearance. The design principle and ap- proach are explained including the five types such as geometrical pattern, color pattern, varied open-works, dou- ble-faced jacquard and combined pattern. At last, it introduces the development of color patterned transparent fab- ric on Karl Mayer RD6 warp knitting machine in terms of raw materials, chain notations, threading ways and let- off amount, which can provide the reference for the pattern design and product davelepment of the warp-knitted spacer fabrics.
