摘　　要：介绍了公司针织物染整智能化设备运用情况。详细介绍了智能化设备在试验室打色样、染色中央控制、染料和助剂的称量溶解、多功能一体自动控制、定形克质量控制、定形助剂输送和成品包装输送与装卸过程中的使用情况、运用特点和运行效果。指出,染整企业通过逐步升级改造现有设备实现生产过程的全智能控制是针织物染整发展的方向之一。The application of intelligent equipment in knitted fabric dyeing and finishing process was introduced. It discussed the operation conditions and results after the application of intelligent equipment in the process of lab- oratory dyeing recipe experiment, factory central control, weighing and dissolving of dyestuffs and auxiliary agents, muti-function integrated auto-control, garment quality control and auxiliary transportation in heat seating process, and product package and transportation. It pointed out that textile enterprise to realize the whole intelligent control of dyeing and finishing by gradually upgrading the existing equipment is one of the knitted fabric dyeing and finish- ing future trends.
