阴虚阳亢型高血压病的中医干预方案研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对阴虚阳亢型高血压病中医干预方案研究,客观评价此方案的有效性和安全性;探讨建立可供推广的阴虚阳亢型高血压病的中医干预方案。方法:采用多中心、随机、对照的方法将符合纳入标准的92例患者分入西医治疗组(晨起07:00口服左旋氨氯地平片2.5mg和替米沙坦片40~80mg)、中医干预组(在西医治疗组基础上加服天钩潜阳汤),临床观察4周。以治疗后24小时、日间及夜间平均收缩压、舒张压达标率,治疗前后血压负荷的变化和中医症候积分改善程度等为疗效性指标,以血、尿常规及肝肾功能、心电图等为安全性指标进行评价。结果:血压疗效:治疗组总有效率93.50%,对照组总有效率86.90%,两组间疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。中医证侯疗效:治疗组总有效率95.70%,对照组总有效率76.10%,两组间疗效差异有显著意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:本研究采用的阴虚阳亢型高血压病的中医干预方案临床疗效确切,安全性好,值得临床推广。Objective： through the research on the hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency type hypertension TCM inter- vention program, objective evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of this scheme ; explore the establishment for the promotion of hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency type hypertension of TCM intervention programs. Methods： the multicenter, ran- domized and controlled method will meet the inclusion criteria of 92cases of patients were randomly divided into western medicine treatment group （ morning 07 ： 00oral ammonia levorotatory amlodipine besylate 2. 5mg and Telmisartan Tablets and between 40and 80mg）, traditional Chinese medicine intervention group （ in western medicine treatment group plus service day hook Qian-yang Decoction） for 4weeks clinical observation. To treatment after 24h, daytime and nighttime average systolic blood pressure, diastolic compliance rate, before and after the treatment, the changes in the blood pressure load and TCM symptoms improved integral etc. as indicators of curative effect, in blood, urine, liver and kidney function, ECG and other for safety index was e- valuated. Results： blood pressure effect： the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.50%, the control group was 86. 90%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. TCM syndrome curative effect： the total effective rate of treatment group 95.70%, control group total effective rate 76. 10%, the difference between the two groups has significant difference （ P〈0. 05 ）, the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion ： TCM Intervention Program for the hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency type hypertension clinical curative effect, good security, it is worth clinical promotion.
