健脾助运膏方结合耳压疗法治疗小儿厌食临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药健脾助运膏方结合耳压疗法治疗小儿厌食的临床疗效研究。方法将78例患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组各39例,治疗组39例患者用中药健脾助运膏方,每次一匙,每日2次冲服;另取耳穴:脾、胃、皮质下、神门、大肠。把王不留行籽用直径0.5cm的伤湿止痛膏固定在所选穴位上。每次按压3~5分钟,每日按压3~5次,隔日1次,两耳轮换。对照组39例患者采用健胃消食片,2~4岁每次2片,5~6岁每次3片,每日3次口服。两组疗程均为30天。结果治疗组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为94.87%和79.49%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药健脾助运膏方结合耳穴按压治疗小儿厌食有显著疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine strengthening the spleen and helping the transport cream formula with ear-pressure therapy in treating children anorexia. Methods： 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 39 cases patients were treated with ear-pressure therapy as well as with traditional Chinese medi- cine strengthening the spleen and helping the transport cream formula, every time a spoonful of water, 2 times a day. the con- trolled group of 39 cases, with Indigestion Tablet orally, 2 ~ 4 years old, 2 tablets each time, 5 to 6 years old, 3 tablets each time, 3 times a day orally. Two groups of treatment were 30 days. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 94. 87% , and the effective rate of the controlled group was 79. 49%. The comparative difference between the two groups had statis- tical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine strengthening the spleen and helping the transport cream formula with ear-pressure therapy of infantile anorexia has remarkable curative effect.
