沿海城市经济发展绩效时空格局演变研究——以环渤海地区为例

摘　　要：构建包括经济运行、社会运行、信息化运行、物质资源运行四个子系统在内的沿海城市经济发展绩效测度指标体系,运用PROMETHEE模型从时间与空间两个角度评价了环渤海地区17个沿海城市2003—2014年间的经济发展绩效。结果表明:从区域层面看,环渤海沿海城市经济发展虽然还存在两极分化现象,但总体上绝对差距和分异趋势都显著减小,发展趋于均衡。各省间的经济运行绩效、信息化运行绩效呈差异缩小趋势,而社会运行绩效、物质资源运行绩效的差异不断扩大。This paper constructed four index system of performance measurement, including economic, social, information and resources, using the PROMETHEE model evaluated the Bohai 17 coastal cities economic development performance between 2003 - 2014. The results showed that：From re- gional level, the cities of Bohai sea coastal economic development still existed polarization phenomenon, but the overall trend of difference was signifi- candy diminished and tended to be more balanced. Economic performance, information performance differences between the provinces showed a trend of shrinking. In addition, material resources performance and social performance differences were expanding.
