摘 要:工业企业碳排放核算是当前区域低碳发展和碳排放研究的热点之一。采用郑州市2005—2014年35个工业行业的相关面板数据,基于IPCC方法对郑州市不同行业能源消费的碳排放进行核算,运用DEA-Malmquist指数对不同行业碳排放的全要素生产率进行分析。结果表明:1郑州市工业碳排放总量呈上升趋势,且行业差异明显。2TFPc明显大于TFP,均值高0.112,两者均呈波动增长态势,但TFPc的波动趋势明显较大。从分解项看,TFP和TFPc都与技术进步有关。3全要素生产率增长的贡献率由TFP的技术进步为主转变为以TFPc的技术效率为主,特别是规模技术效率。4对大部分行业而言,技术进步对TFPc起到了拉动作用,拉动作用最明显的行业是重化工业与高耗能行业。Industrlal carbon emission in accounting was one of the hot spots of regional low carbon development and carbon emissions. Based on the panel data of 35 industrial sectors in Zhengzhou City during 2005 - 2014, the carbon emissions in accounting from energy consumption of industries in Zhengzhou by IPCC method, and the total factor productivity of the carbon emissions of different industries were analyzed by DEA - Malmquist in- dex method. The main conclusions were as follows:①The total carbon emissions of industries in Zhengzhou increased since 2005 ,and there had huge difference among different industries. ②The mean value of TFPc was 0.112 higher than that of TFP. Both TFPc and TFP presented a fluctuating grow- ing trend, while the fluctuation of TFPc was more obvious. It could be founded that TFP and TFPc were both influenced by technological progress when the index was decomposed into the product of technical efficiency and technological progress.③The growth of TFP was determined by technological progress, while that of TFPc was determined by technical efficiency, especially the technical efficiency of scale. (~)For almost all of industries, techno- logical progresses played a stimulating role in the growth of TFPc, and the fastest - growing industries were mainly concentrated in heavy chemical in- dustry and higher energy consumption industries.
