摘 要:探讨埋弧焊熔滴过渡形态与焊接工艺质量的关系。结果表明,在单丝埋弧焊中,渣壁过渡是熔滴的主导过渡形态,在双丝埋弧焊中,可能存在渣壁和喷射多种过渡形态,但不会有短路过渡形态。影响埋弧焊熔滴过渡的多种因素中,焊接电流是改变过渡形态的决定因素。单丝埋弧焊中,通过工艺参数变化建立了熔滴过渡形态与焊接工艺质量间的关系,其内在联系主要是熔滴尺寸、电弧力和熔滴冲击力变化。在双丝埋弧焊中,渣壁、喷射和滴状过渡对焊接质量参数的作用各异,前后焊丝过渡形态的位置匹配对焊接质量参数影响强烈。The relationships between droplet transfer form and welding usability quality of SAW are discussed. The results show that the flux wall guided transfer is leading the transfer form in single wire submerged arc welding;the flux wall guided transfer and spray transfer etc. are likely to exist in twin wire submerged arc welding,but there will be no short circuiting transfer form. The welding current is the decisive factor to change the droplet transfer form,in a variety of factors affecting the droplet transfer of submerged arc welding. In single wire submerged arc welding,the relationships between droplet transfer form and welding usability quality are established by changing welding parameters,and their inner link is mainly the droplet size,arc force and droplet impact force changes.In twin wire submerged arc welding,the effects of flux wall guided transfer,spray and globular metal transfer on the welding quality parameters are different,and the position matching of droplet transfer forms of leading and trailing electrode affects the welding quality parameters strongly.
