摘 要:相对传统斜盘式旋转轴向柱塞泵柱塞运动曲线固定单一的情况,直线电机驱动柱塞泵柱塞运动曲线具有可规划性。选取直线电机常用的三角波曲线、S形曲线、指数曲线作为直线电机运动曲线规划,建立了锥形配流阀内部数学模型,通过仿真分析了不同直线电机运动规划下配流阀静动态特性。基于NLPQL算法对配流阀敏感参数进行优化,得出最优弹簧刚度、弹簧预紧力以及阀芯结构尺寸。仿真结果表明:指数曲线不适用作为直线电机运动曲线,直线电机运动曲线在三角波规划情况下压力脉动率最小;为获得压力平稳无脉动,直线电机往复运动频率应避开配流阀自振频率整数倍且小于阀最大响应频率。最后通过泵试验证实了前期仿真研究,为工程实际应用提供了技术指导。Compared to the situation that the conventional rotating swash-plate axial piston pump' piston motion curve is unique, the piston motion curves of linear motor driven water hydraulic piston pump have features on programming. Triangular velocity curve, S velocity curve and index velocity curve were selected as usually used motion planning and the distributing valve's static and dynamic properties of different piston motion curves were analyzed. In addition, applied on NLPQL algorithm the distributing valve itself sensi- tive parameters were optimized to achieve the best parameters of spring stiffness, pretightening force and the valve's structural size. The simulation result shows that index velocity curve is not fitted as Linear motor motion planning and pressure pulsation is the minimum un- der the planning of triangular velocity curve. At the same time, piston motion frequency should not he integer multiple of valve naturaL frequency and less than the limited response frequency. Finally, pump experiment tests validate previous simulation and this paper pro- vide the technical guidance for practical application.
