摘 要:为研究强化研磨加工过程中轴承钢丸在不同直径的组合配比条件下对轴承内圈沟道面硬度的影响,通过理论与试验结合研究分析了钢丸法向碰撞内圈表面的过程,同时采用了扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察内圈沟道面形貌的变化,并通过激光共聚焦显微镜与洛氏硬度计检测了其加工前后的表面粗糙度与硬度。研究结果表明:在试验所设定的工艺参数条件下,使用直径为2、3 mm的钢丸组合配可大大提高沟道面硬度,强化效果最佳,更能保证强化研磨加工质量。To study the bearing steel bails combination ratio of different diameter for the surface hardness of bearing ring in rein- forced grinding processing. The process of steel balls colliding the bearing ring surface was analyzed through theoretical and experimen- tal study, and the changes in surface morphology were observed by using a scanning electron microscope (SEM). Its surface hardness was measured by Rockwell hardness tester and its surface roughness was measured by confocal laser scanning microscope in before and after processing. The results show that after the diameter of 2 mm and 3 mm balls combination ratio reinforcing the ring under the pa- rameters of the experimental conditions, its value-added of the surface hardness is the largest. The results of reinforced grinding are better, it effectively improves the surface hardness, and ensure the reinforced grinding quality.
