摘  要:利用TC21合金的高温热压缩试验数据,建立了动态再结晶位错理论和唯象理论两种数学本构模型。在DEFORM-3D软件平台上,基于两种数学模型,对合金在准β温度(975℃)下进行热压缩变形模拟。结果表明,坯料在大变形区域动态再结晶较充分,晶粒尺寸较其他区域小,与试验所测晶粒尺寸对比,相对误差在10%以内;并且在同一变形区域,随着应变速率提高,坯料内部平均晶粒尺寸不断变小。对比金相组织可知,CA组织模拟较准确地反映了坯料的变形规律。The two constitutive models of dynamic recrystallization dislocation theory and the theory of phenomenological for TC21 alloy were established based on high temperature hot compression test data.Quasiβforging deformation process of TC21 alloy was simulated by using DEFORM-3Dfinite element software at 975℃ based on the established models.The results reveal that the dynamic recrystallization at large regions is fully developed,so grain size is the refiner than that in other regions.Relative error of grain size simulated is below 10% compared with experimental ones.Average grain size is refined with the increase of strain rate at the same deformation region.CA simulation is well in agreement with metallographic microstructure.The simulated results can provide reference for the establishment of related to thermal processing.
