摘 要:采用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)等研究了电磁搅拌熔体处理对回转轴铸件组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在铸造过程中施加电磁搅拌不仅能明显细化铸坯凝固组织,改变晶粒形态,增加等轴晶率,而且还能减少铸坯缩松、夹杂、气孔等缺陷。铸坯试样经锻造正火加工处理后,与常规铸造相比,电磁搅拌处理后铸坯的晶粒更加细小均匀,屈服强度、抗拉强度、断面收缩率分别增加了7%、3.7%和26.3%,铸件组织和性能得到明显改善。Influences of electromagnetic stirring melt treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of the drive rotary shaft were investigated.The results reveal that the electromagnetic stirring can not only refine the grains and increase the proportion of equiaxed grain in the casting billet,but also reduce the casting defects such as shrinkage,inclusion and porosity.After forging and normalizing treatment,the grain sizes in the shaft with electromagnetic stirring during solidification become the smaller and more homogeneous than that without electromagnetic stirring,so microstructure and mechanical properties of the shaft are improved obviously.In addition,ultimate tensile strength,yield strength and percentage reduction of area are increased by 3.7%,7.0%and 26.3%,respectively.
