摘　　要：临床实习与住院医师规范化培训都是医学教育的重要阶段,对医学人才的质量有着重要影响。尝试实习医生模拟患者角色参与住院医师技能考核,通过考核中的教学、反馈,提高实习生的学习积极性,同时促进住院医师、实习医师临床综合能力的共同提高。Clinical practice and standardized training of residents is important stage of medical education, it has the important influence in the quality of medical talents. Interns participated in residents＇ clinical skills examination as simulated patients,by the teaching and feedback during the examination, to improve the enthusiasm of interns,and to improve the clinical skills of both residents and interns.
