探究新疆某三甲医院床位统一管理的成效

摘　　要：目的探讨新疆某三甲医院实行由专人负责的床位预约管理的效果。方法分析已开展床位预约的科室与未开展床位预约的急诊留观患者转入临床科室的急诊留观时间;床位周转次数及床位使用率。结果已开展床位预约的科室与未开展床位预约科室急诊转入患者留观时间差异有统计学意义,床位周转次数的差异有统计学意义,床位使用率的差异没有统计学意义。结论该院推行由专人负责的床位预约管理有显著效果,但仍有改进的空间。Objective To discuss about the management effects of hospital bed appointment in the charge of some specific person in a top three hospital in Xinjiang. Methods To analyze the emergency observation time, bed appointment frequency, and the usage rate of the beds of the departments that have carried out the bed appointment and the departments that haven＇t carried out the bed appointment. Results There was statistical significance in the observation time difference of the patients who were transferred into the emergency room from the departments that have carried out the bed appointment and that haven＇t, as well as the significance in the bed appointment frequency difference. Conclusion The hospital has carried out the bed appointment managed by some specific person and it has great effects but there is still room for improvement.
