摘　　要：帕金森病(PD)是一种中老年期常见的中枢神经系统变性疾病,其发病仅次于阿尔茨海默病。其病理基础为中脑黑质致密部为主的多巴胺(DA)神经元的进行性消亡以及胞浆内包涵体物质的出现,称为路易小体。该病治疗以对症治疗和恢复多巴胺神经元的功能为主,左旋多巴为首选和常用药物,但其长期使用也会出现诸多不良反应。因此探索新的治疗方法及药物,以求延缓PD的发生,更好的改善PD的症状、控制病情的进展,甚至从根本上治疗PD是非常必要的。他汀类药物便是其中之一,旨在汇总他汀类药物防治帕金森病的研究进展。Parkinson disease （PD） is a common disease in the central nervous system, which is a common disease in the middle aged and elderly people . The pathological basis of the substantia nigra pars dopamine （DA） neurons in the progressive death and the emergence of cytoplasmic inclusion body material, called Louis body. The treatment of the disease to symptomatic treatment and recovery of dopamine neuron function, L-dopa as the preferred and common drugs, but its long-term use will also appear many adverse reactions. Therefore, it is necessary to seek new treatment methods to improve the symptoms, delay and repression of PD progression and even treatment of PD, Statins are one of them. This paper aims to summarize the research progress of statins in prevention and treatment of Parkinson disease.
