摘 要:在概述微波辐照技术用于矿业工程现状的基础上,阐述微波辐照的介电损耗机理和特性,着重评述微波辐照技术在辅助破碎、浸出、焙烧、干燥、加热还原和除杂等矿业领域中的最新进展。将微波辐照技术应用于传统矿业工艺过程中,具有良好的经济价值和潜在的工业化前景。分析了当前微波辐照技术应用于矿业亟需解决的问题,并展望了今后的研究方向,特别是微波与物料间相互作用理论、微波辐照工艺与设备、微波辐照技术在水处理和土壤修复的应用等方面。The mechanism of dielectric losses and characteristics of microwave radiation were reviewed on the basis of current situation and recent progress of microwave radiation applied to mining process.The application of microwave radiation technology in crushing, leaching, roasting, drying, heating reduction, removing impurities in the field of mining were summarized specially.Examples of successful applications were given to illustrate the advantages of microwave radiation technology in traditional mining process.It was concluded that microwave radiation technology had cheerful prospects for industrialization and created a good economic value as an effective clean energy.Problems in the current studies of microwave radiation technology in the mining were analyzed, some suggestions for the future research directions, especially for the interaction mechanism between microwave and materials, radiation technology and equipment, the application of microwave radiation technology in water treatment and soil remediation were given.
