摘  要:胃滞留给药系统能延长药物在胃内的滞留时间、增加药物在胃肠道的吸收、减少给药次数、增加患者的耐受性、提高临床疗效,是一种理想的给药系统。通过查阅国内外相关文献,本文从作用机制及制剂因素等几方面,对目前发展较好的几种胃滞留给药系统进行综述,并对新材料以及纳米技术在胃滞留给药系统中的应用给予简单的介绍。同时结合近几年胃滞留给药的研究热点,对胃滞留给药系统的发展前景进行概述。Gastroretentive drug delivery system enhances residence time and the degree of drug absorption in the gastrointestinal tract,decreases the times of taking medicine,increases the tolerance of the patients,and improves the clinical curative effect. Thus,it is an ideal drug delivery system. In this review,we summarized the mechanism and the preparation factors of several currently developed kinds of gastroretentive drug delivery system.We also gave a brief introduction of the new materials and the application of nanotechnology in gastroretentive drug delivery system. At the same time,we described the hotspots of gastroretentive dose forms and revealed their wide application prospects.
