摘 要:交易风险评估是保证电子商务系统正常运行的基础,当前电子商务交易风险评估存在准确性差、结果不可靠等难题,为了提高电子商务交易风险评估的正确率,提出基于数据挖掘的电子商务交易风险评估模型。对当前电子商务交易风险评估研究情况进行分析,并构建电子商务交易风险的评估指标体系;根据电子商务交易风险评估指标收集数据,并采用数据挖掘技术——回声状态网络建立电子商务交易风险评估模型;最后对电子商务交易风险评估性能进行分析,回声状态网络可以对电子商务交易过程中存在的风险进行有效挖掘,发现风险变化态势,评估结果可以为电子商务交易人员提供有用的信息。The transaction risk assessment is the foundation to guarantee the normal operation of the electronic commerce system. To improve the poor accuracy and unreliable result of the current e-commerce transaction risk assessment, an e-com- merce transaction risk assessment model based on data mining is proposed. The study situation of the current e-commerce transaction risk assessment is analyzed. The evaluation indicator system of the e-commerce transaction risk was constructed. The data is collected according to the assessment indicator of the electronic commerce transaction risk. The echo state network of the data mining technology is used to establish the assessment model of the electronic commerce transaction risk. The assessment performance of the e-commerce transaction risk is analyzed. The echo state network can mine the risk existing in the e-commerce transaction process effectively and find out the risk change rules. The assessment results can provide the useful information for the e-commerce transaction staff.
