环孢素A临床应用的研究进展

摘　　要：环孢素A是一种新型强效的免疫抑制剂,以其作用强、特异性高而广泛应用于防治多种器官移植术后的免疫排斥反应。研究发现环孢素A对抑制免疫排斥反应、中重度干眼症治疗、蚕食性角膜溃疡及自身免疫性眼科疾病等均有显著疗效。现对目前环孢素A在眼科临床上的应用进展作一综述。Cyclosporine A is a new and potent immunosuppressant with high specificity and is widely used in controlling a variety of immunological rejection after organ transplantation.Research found that cyclosporine A suppresses the immune rejection in moderate to severe dry eye syndrome treatment.For mooren ulcers and autoimmune eye diseases,it has a significant effect.The application progress of Cyclosporine A in clinical ophthalmology is now reviewed.
