明晚期日常生活中的尚茶风俗——基于同期小说材料的考察

摘　　要：在明晚期,随着日常生活水平的提高,人们普遍喜好饮茶,明晚期小说对此类尚茶风俗多有描写。明晚期尚茶之风反映出日常饮食生活已由明初的节俭朴素转向丰盛奢侈。当时的有识之士对于日益铺张奢侈的饮食风尚甚为忧虑,虽极力倡导节约,但收效甚微。People liked drinking tea in the later period of Ming Dynasty with the increasing ot hv- ing standard. There were many descriptions of this custom in novels of that time. Through the combing of these contents, it is found out that this custom reflected a rich and luxurious daily eat- ing life which was different from the frugal and thrifty life in the early period of the Ming Dynas- ty. Many men of insight were very worried about it and tried to advocate a thrifty life. But such kind of advocacy brought unremarkable results.
