摘　　要：论文以万载傩舞为研究对象进行分析,并结合实地访谈法对其艺术教育价值进行分析,尤其是在傩舞艺术的创新功能,结合地方特色,彰显地方文化与高校教育的结合,注重傩舞艺人的培养与实践,构建符合地域性发展的校本课程,为万载傩舞的创新与实践,及其传承等奠定基础。同时,在相关分析的基础上,提出了万载傩舞艺术教育创新与实践的策略,为其进一步发展奠定坚实的基础。This paper selected the Wanzai Nuo dance as the research object to analyze. Combined with the inter- view on the value of art education are. It considered especially about innovation function of Nuo art. We combined with local characteristics, highlighting the combination of local culture and college education. It would pay attention to the cultivation of Nuo artists and practice, constructed the school - based curriculum of the regional develop- ment, innovation and practice, foundation and heritage of Wanzai Nuo Wu. At the same time, on the basis of the correlation analysis, we put forward Wanzai Nuo art education innovation and practice strategy, to lay a solid foun- dation for its further development.
