摘　　要：鉴于我校生物技术专业一直立足于培养适应北京生物医药产业需求的应用型人才,因此我们依托北京博奥生物技术有限公司,校企双方深度探讨,发掘双方优势资源,取长补短,进一步完善了校企合作制度规范、搭建了人才培养的平台、组建了专业化指导教师队伍、建立开放型共享机制,使校外人才培养基地充分服务于生物技术专业的实践教学体系,帮助学生实现从学校到岗位之间零距离适应,实现应用型人才培养目标。Biotechnology specialty in Beijing City University has been committed to cultivate applied talents to adapt to development of Beijing biological medicine industry demand. We rely on Beijing Bo＇ao Biological Technology Co. , Ltd. to construct biotechnology talents training base, and both school and enterprise cooperated in depth, explored resource advantages, learn from each other, further improved the system of school enterprise cooperation regulations, set up the personnel training platform of professional guidance teachers and established open sharing mechanism, so that biotechnology talents training base could serve for school personnel training base in the practice teaching system of biotechnology speciality and help students to adapt the post and realize the objective of training applied talents.
