摘　　要：文章对独立学院水利水电工程专业"3+1"培养模式实验班的办学经验进行了系统的总结,肯定了其在提高人才培养质量等方面体现出的优越性,同时也指出了其在人才培养方案、管理模式等方面尚存在的不足之处。本着与我国高等教育发展方针、水利行业的发展现状及学院教育教学改革思想相一致的原则,文章给出了该培养模式进一步改革的措施与建议。The article made a systematic summary about the ＂3＋1＂ training mode experimental elass＇s running experience of water conservancy and hydropower engineering major. It affirmed the superiority of the ＂3＋1＂ training mode, at the same time also pointed out its insufficiency about the talent training scheme and management mode etc.. Considering the consistency with the higher education development policy of our country, the current development situation of the water conservancy industry, and the reform ideas of our college＇s education and teaching, the article gave some measures and suggestions for the further reform of the ＂3＋1＂ training mode at last.
