摘　　要：在救助被遗弃儿童方式的探索道路上,北京市提出寄养儿童转收养的工作方式,来为儿童提供更好的服务保障。文章通过对《关于促进家庭寄养儿童转收养工作的意见》的解读,简析寄养与收养的区别,提出社会工作者在政策宣传、政策执行、服务监督、服务反馈方面可以扮演的角色和提供的服务,将这项有助于儿童发展的好政策真正落实。On the road of exploring ways to save abandoned children, Beijing City put forward the transferred adoption of family foster children, in order to provide better service for them. By interpreting ＂Suggestions on the Transferred Adoption of Family Foster Children＂ and analyzing the differences between fosterage and adoption, this paper puts forward the role of social workers in the process, aiming to promote the real implementation of the policy.
