摘  要:冷冲压轴承钢球在硬磨工序时发生开裂,采用宏观观察、微观检验等方法,对钢球内部存在的偏心式贯穿性缺陷进行了分析,结果表明:由于原材料有缩孔缺陷,钢球在硬磨时由于应力集中沿缩孔缺陷处开裂。此缺陷为连铸钢材料缩孔残余。给钢厂提出了改进建议,并给出了此类钢球制造过程中的处理建议,以避免此类开裂的产生,保证成品球的质量。The cold pressing bearing steel ball was cracked during grinding process,the eccentric type penetrating internal defect in steel ball was analyzed by macroscopic observation,microscopic analysis and other methods. The result shows that the steel ball cracking along the shrinkage cavity is caused by stress concentration during hard grinding process due to shrinkage cavity defects in raw material. The defect is the shrinkage cavity residual in continuous casting steel material. The steel mill are proposed improvement suggestions and the treatment suggestion during the steel ball manufacturing are provided so as to avoid such cracking and ensure the quality of finished ball.
