不同配伍活血益气药对心梗致心衰大鼠心脏系数及功能影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨、分析活血益气药不同剂量配伍对心梗后心衰大鼠心脏系数及功能的影响。方法:将大鼠分为模型组、活血组、益气组、活血益气组、假手术组、阳性对照组,每组各8只,其中模型组、活血组、益气组、活血益气组、阳性对照组大鼠均进行心梗致心衰造模;治疗后统计各组大鼠的心脏系数及功能。结果:假手术组大鼠的心脏系数及心率明显低于其他组别的大鼠,左室射血分数则明显高于其余组别的大鼠,P<0.05;益气组、活血组、益气活血组大鼠的心脏系数及心率均明显小于模型组,且左室射血分数明显高于模型组,P<0.05;活血组及活血益气组的心脏系数、心率明显低于益气组,左室射血分数明显高于益气组,P<0.05。结论:活血益气药能够改善心梗后心衰大鼠的心脏系数及功能,且大剂量活血药物的应用治疗效果会更加理想。Objective ： To explore and analyze the effects of different doses of blood activating drugs on cardiac function and cardiac function in rats with heart failure after myocardial infarction. Methods ： Rats were divided into model group, Huoxue group, Yiqi group, Yiqi Huoxue group, sham operation group, positive control group, each 8 rats in each, which model group, Huoxue group, Yiqi group, Yiqi Huoxue group, positive control group rats were myocardial infarction induced heart failure rats ; after treatment, statistical cardiac coefficient and function of rats in each group. Results ： The rats in the sham operation group were the coefficient of the heart and heart rate was significantly lower than the other groups of rats, left ventrieular ejection fraction was significantly higher than that of other groups of rats, P〈0.05. Yiqi group, Huoxue group and Yiqi Huoxue group rats cardiac coefficient and heart rate were significantly less than model group, and left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly higher than that of model group, P〈0.05. Huoxue group and Yiqi Huoxue group of coefficient of the heart, heart rate was significantly lower than that of Yiqi group, left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly higher than that of Yiqi group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Promoting blood circulation can improve heart coefficient and heart function in rats with heart failure after myocardial infarction, and the therapeutic effect of large dose of blood circulation drugs will be more ideal.
