藿香、陈皮药对改善马普替林抗抑郁作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨藿香、陈皮药对对抗抑郁药物马普替林引起的胃肠蠕动减弱的改善作用,及该药对对马普替林抗抑郁疗效的增强作用。方法:采取小鼠肠推胃排实验,以胃酚红残留率和肠推进百分率为指标,考察藿香、陈皮药对对马普替林引起的胃肠蠕动功能减弱的改善作用;采用慢性应激大鼠抑郁模型,以大鼠体重变化率、1%糖水偏好率、行为学中水平运动次数和垂直运动次数为指标,考察藿香、陈皮药对对马普替林抗抑郁疗效的增强作用。结果:藿香、陈皮药对能够显著缓解马普替林引起的胃肠蠕动障碍,增加小肠推进率,降低胃酚红残留率,与马普替林组比较有显著性差异;藿香、陈皮药对能够增强马普替林抗抑郁作用,提高慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠体重、1%糖水偏好率及自发活动次数。结论:藿香、陈皮药对能够有效缓解马普替林对胃肠道蠕动的抑制作用,并增强马普替林的抗抑郁疗效。Objective ： Discuss if Agastache rugosus, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae can promote gastrointestinal motility, reduce side effects of maprotiline and enhance maprotiline antidepressant effect. Methods ： According to the experiment of intestinal propulsive rate and gastric residual rate, discussing if gastrointestinal motility medicine Agastaehe rugosus, Pericarpium Cirri Reticulatae and antidepressant maprotiline combined can promote gastrointestinal motility ; Using a rat model of chronic stress depression study animal behavior, the rate of change in body weight of rats, 1% sucrose preference rate, horizontal movement and vertical movement of the number of times to prove Agastache rugosus, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and antidepressant maprotiline combined can promote gastrointestinal motility. Results： Agastaehe rugosus, Pericarpium Cirri Reticulatae decoction combined with maprotiline significantly increased intestinal propulsive rate and reduce gastric residual rate of phenol red. Maprotiline after long- term use can reduce the rate of change in body weight. Above differences were statistically significant. Sucrose preference of depression model group decreased, significant weight loss, less spontaneous activity, combined groups can improve depressive symptoms in chronic stress rats. Conclusion ： Agastache rugosus, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae decoction combined with maprotiline can reduce side effects of inhibit gastrointestinal and improve the antidepressant effect of maprotiline.
