摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸康复治疗对急性脑梗死患者患肢功能恢复的影响。方法:将24例急性脑梗死患者随机分成两组,分别为康复组和针灸康复组。康复组在给予常规西药的基础上结合康复治疗,针灸康复组在给予常规西药的基础上集合中医针灸和康复联合治疗,连续治疗3周,对两组患者治疗前后及治疗后两组间的平均压力峰值(MF)、平衡参数、偏瘫下肢运动功能(FMA)、平衡功能(BBS)及日常生活能力(MBI)的结果进行差异性分析。结果:两组患者治疗后在足底压力峰值、平衡功能、偏瘫下肢运动功能及日常生活能力等方面均有显著改善(P<0.05),并且针灸康复组的改善程度明显优于康复组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸康复联合治疗对急性脑梗死患者患肢功能的恢复具有积极的意义,可以提高患者的运动功能和独立生活能力。Objective ： To investigate the effects of acupuncture in patients with acute cerebral infarction rehabilitation of limb function recovery. Methods ： 24 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, namely the rehabilitation group and acupuncture rehabilitation group. Combined with rehabilitation group received routine basis on rehabilitation medicine, acupuncture and rehabilitation group set acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy combined with conventional medicine administered on the basis of the continuous treatment for three weeks, two groups of patients before and after treatment and the mean between the two groups peak pressure （ MF ）, the balance parameters, paralysis of lower limb motor function （ FMA ）, the results of balance function （ BBS ） and activities of daily living （ MBI ） difference analysis. Results ： After treatment in plantar pressure peaks, balancing function, paralysis of lower limb motor function and activities of daily living, etc. were improved significantly （P〈0.05）, the degree of improvement and rehabilitation of acupuncture group was significantly better than the rehabilitation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy has positive implications for the recovery of limb function in patients with acute cerebral infarction can improve motor function and the patients＇ ability to live independently.
