益气活血中药治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血中药治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年3月—2015年8月我院收治的50例糖尿病肾病患者,采用益气活血中药治疗6个月。治疗1个月、3个月、6个月时比较总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PPG)、尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、尿酸(UA)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UEAR)和肾小球滤过率(GFR)与治疗前的差异,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗后3个月以及治疗后6个月,TC、TG、Hb A1c、FBG、2 h PPG、UEAR和Scr指标均较治疗前显著下降,GFR则升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1个月、3个月、6个月的疗程治疗有效率分别为38%、86%、92%。结论:益气活血中药用于糖尿病肾病治疗可改善糖脂代谢和肾脏功能,6个月疗程可达到较好治疗效果。Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of benefiting Qi and promoting blood traditional Chinese medicine on diabetic nephropathy. Methods ： 50 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy from March 2014 to August 2015 were collected and treated with benefiting Qi and promoting blood traditional Chinese medicine. Total cholesterol （ TC ）, triglyceride （ TG ）, HbAlc, fasting blood glucose （ FBG ）, 2 h postprandial plasma glucose （ 2 h PPG ）, blood urea nitrogen （ BUN ）, serum creatinine （ Scr ）, uric acid （ UA ）, urinary albumin excretion （ UAER ） and glomerular filtration rate （ GFR ） were determined before and after treatment. To observe the clinical effect after 1 month, 3 month and 6 month. Results ： After the treatment of 3 month and 6 month, TC, TG, HbA1c, FBG,2 h PPG, UEAR and Scr were decreased significantly, whereas GFR were increased （ P〈0.05 ）. The overall effective rate at 1 month, 3 month and 6 month were 38%, 86%,92% respectively. Conclusion：Treatment of benefiting Qi and promoting blood traditional Chinese medicine in diabetic nephropathy patients could improve glucose and lipid metabolism, renal function. Patients would meet good effect at 6 month.
