中医护理途径加药物贴敷对再生障碍性贫血治疗效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价中医护理加药物贴敷对再生障碍贫血在临床上的有效性。方法:针对本院2014年12月—2015年4月间血液科40例再生障碍贫血患者,其中男21例、女19例,结合临床实际情况在患者的肾俞穴进行中药贴敷治疗,并给予患者适当的护理,5个疗程后观察患者的治疗满意度。结果:40例再生障碍贫血患者治疗后有效地改善心悸、头晕、面色苍白等临床表现,同时通过满意度调查,改进后的患者护理满意度达到100%。结论:中医护理加中药贴敷临床满意度高,疗效确切。Objective： Effective evaluation of traditional Chinese medical nursing and medicinal sticks integrated in treatment of aplastie anemia （ AA ）. Methods ： 40 inpatients with AA between December 2014 and April 2015 were enrolled, including 21 males and 19 females. According to clinical condition, patients were given medicinal stick on Shenshu and appropriate traditional Chinese medical nursing for 5 periods to measure treatment satisfaction. Results ： Palpitation, dizziness, pale complexion and other clinical manifestations were effectively improved after treatment. 100% of patients were satisfied with nursing care through treatment satisfaction surveys. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medical nursing and medicinal stick integrated has high treatment satisfaction and obvious effect on treatment of AA.
