摘  要:以水解聚马来酸酐(HPMA)对碳酸钙(CaCO_3)结晶垢的影响为研究对象,在Re=2 850和流量为20L/h的条件下,研究了316L不锈钢管在CaCO_3质量浓度分别为400 mg/L、600 mg/L、800mg/L、1 000mg/L和1 200 mg/L及添加比(m(HPMA)/m(CaCO_3))分别为1.6/100、2.4/100、3.2/100、4.0/100和4.8/100时的结垢特性及其对传热的影响,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)考察了在羧酸基阻垢剂(HPMA)作用下CaCO_3污垢的晶型变化。实验结果表明:在HPMA作用下CaCO_3污垢及其热阻随时间呈线性增长;污垢和热阻的增长速率受溶液浓度及HPMA添加比的影响,存在临界阈值效应;在羧酸基阻垢剂(HPMA)作用下CaCO_3污垢的晶型扭曲明显。Take the influence of hydrolytic polymaleic anhydride(HPMA)on CaCO3 crystalline scale as the research object.Under the condition of Re=2 850 and flow rate is 20L/h,research the CaCO3 scale formation characteristics and its influence on heat transmission of 316 Lstainless steel pipe under the conditions that the concentrations respectively are 400mg/L,600mg/L,800mg/L,1 000mg/L and 1 200mg/L and the adding ration(m(HPMA)/m(CaCO3))respectively are 1.6/100,2.4/100,3.2/100,4.0/100 and 4.8/100 and apply the scanning electron microscope(SEM)to observe the crystal shape change of CaCO3 scale under the function of carboxylic acid scale inhibitors(HPMA).Experiment results show that under the function of HPMA,the CaCO3 scale and its heat resistance of presents linear increase over time;the increase rate of scale and its heat resistance affect by the solution concentration and HPMA adding ratio and it has the critical threshold effect;the crystal shape distortion of under the function of carboxylic acid scale inhibitors(HPMA)is obvious.
