摘 要:对某机组煤粉锅炉的省煤器蛇形弯管及相连管道处积灰进行冷态数值模拟。利用Fluent软件对颗粒相的计算采用单向耦合模型,忽略固相对气相的作用,在不同进口速度和不同节距条件下,得到绕流流场。结果表明:在平行管处,下四根管子积灰严重,在弯管处,上四根弯头积灰严重,下四根弯头磨损严重;随来流速度增大,在平行管处,速度曲线变陡,回流区范围减小,在弯管处,各点速度大小增加,方向不变;随节距增大,平行管处积灰变化复杂,弯管处扰动增强。In order to assess the ash deposition on the serpentine and connected pipe of economizer in a 300MW pulverized coal bolier, a cold numerical simulation was carried out. The unidirectional coupling model was used to solve the gas paticle flow by ingoring the influence of the solid phase on the gas phase. The flow field was obtained and analyzed under the condition of given different inlet velocity and pitch. The results showed that the ash deposition about the four pipe on the bottom was serious in the parallel tubes. In the ser- pentine, the ash deposition about the four elbow on the top was serious and the abrasion was focused on the four elbow on the bottom. With the increase of flow velocity in the parallel tubes, speed curve steepened, and reflux zone decreased. At various points in the the serpentine, the velocity increased and the direction was constant. With the increase of pitch, the ash deposition on the parallel tubes was complex and the disturbance of fluid increased in the serpentine.
