摘 要:针对某电厂锅炉氮氧化物排放量超标的问题,利用前处理软件Gambit建立炉膛模型,设置相应的边界条件,利用Fluent软件对炉内NO_x生成进行了数值计算,研究了煤粉浓淡比对脱硝效果和燃烧特性的影响。结果表明:随着煤粉浓淡比的增大,NO_x排放浓度逐渐降低,并且趋于平缓,而飞灰含碳量则随着煤粉浓淡比的增大呈线性增大,建议合理的煤粉浓淡比为6。Aiming at the problem of nitrogen oxide emissions exceeding the standard in a power plant, the model of the furnace was built by using the software Gambit, and the corresponding boundary conditions were set up. The NOx generation in the furnace were calculated by using software Fluent. The effect of pulverized coal bias ratio on the denitrification and combustion characteristics was studied. The results show that,with the increase of the pulverized coal bias ratio, NOx emission concentration decreases gradually, and tends to be gentle, but the carbon content of fly ash increases linearly, The authors suggest that the reasonable pulverized coal bias ratio is 6.
