平衡计分卡在广东省公立医院改革效果评价应用的现状调查

摘　　要：目的通过调查平衡计分卡在广东省公立医院改革评价中应用的现状,分析其存在的问题及原因,为促进平衡计分卡在公立医院的应用提供参考。方法在广东省随机抽取40家医院和80名医院管理人员进行问卷调查。结果共40家医院及72名管理人员完成调查;仅有4家医院在使用平衡计分卡;不同类型管理人员对平衡计分卡的认识存在差异(P<0.05)。结论公立医院中使用平衡计分卡的医院还很少,管理人员对平衡计分卡的认识还有待提高。Objectives To investigate the Balanced Score Card application in the evaluation of the public hospitals reform in Guangdong,and to analyze the existing problems and the reasons,finally to provide some advises to promote the application of Balanced Score Card in public hospitals.Methods Eighty managers from forty hospitals were randomly selected for the survey in Guangdong Province.Results A total of 40 hospitals and 72 managers completed the survey.There were only 4hospitals using the Balanced Score Card.Significant difference was found between different types of managers in understanding the Balanced Score Card（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Balanced Score Card is rarely used in public hospitals in China,and the managers of the public hospitals need to do more to learn about the Balanced Score Card.
