摘 要:煤炭地下气化技术(UCG)是将煤在未开采的情况下在地下进行有控制的燃烧并产生煤气等气体的新型清洁能源技术。该技术具有保障安全、减少人力、降低污染、提高开采率等优势,成为国内外煤炭方面研究的热点。自1958年以来,煤炭地下气化在我国共进行20余项产业化实验,并在气化炉结构研究与设计、气化炉通道构建技术、气化炉稳定运行技术、地下气化专家系统、污染物处理等方面有重要的技术突破,但仍面临气化炉设计、环境、运行区域的检测控制等难题。作为绿色、安全、经济的新型煤炭开采方式,煤炭地下气化技术有望成为我国解决能源安全和环境污染的有效途径。Underground Coal Gasification(UCG) is a new type of clean technology on energy to make unmined coal to burn and produce the gas such as coal gas under control. The technology has lots of advantages like security, reducing manpower, reducing pollution, increasing the rate of production and so on. And this technology is becoming a hot spot of coal research at home and abroad. Since 1958, underground coal gasification has been conducted more than 20 experiments on in- dustrialization in China. At the same time UCG important technological breakthroughs in research and design, gasifier structure building, gasifier and stable operation, expert system for underground gasification, pollutant treatment and so on. But gasifier design, the environment, the detection and control of operation area are still have difficulties for underground coal gasification. As a new coal mining method with advantages of green, safety and economy, UCG technology is expected to become an effective way to solve the problem of energy security and environmental pollution in China.
