丹红注射液对老年心衰患者血清TNF-αNF-κB和IL-1β的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹红注射液对老年心衰患者血清TNF-α、NF-κB和IL-1β的影响。方法:收集我院慢性心力衰竭患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组予以基础抗心衰治疗;实验组在对照组基础上加用丹红注射液。两组患者分别于治疗前、治疗后进行血清TNF-α、NF-κB和IL-1β水平测定,及中医证候疗效判定、生活质量评价。结果:1治疗后实验组患者血清TNF-α、NF-κB及IL-1β水平较对照组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2治疗后实验组患者中医证候积分、明尼苏达生活质量积分均比对照组下降更显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液可显著降低老年心衰患者血清TNF-α、NF-κB和IL-1β水平,对改善患者临床症状、提高患者生活质量有重要意义。Objective： To investigate the effect of Danhong injection on the serum TNF-α NF-κB and IL-1β in elderly patients with heart failure. Method： 60 patients with chronic heart failure from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group. The patients in the control group were treated by basic anti heart failure therapy. Patients in the experiment group were treated on the base of the control group with the Dan Hong injection. The serum TNF-α ,NF-κB , IL-1β level and TCM syndrome efficacy and quality of lifewere were tested and compared before and after treatment. Result： Compared with the control group, the serum TNF-α ,NF-κB and IL-1β level were lower（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the TCM syndrome integral and Minnesota life quality integral were lower, （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： The serum levels of TNF-α ,NF-κB and IL-1β can significantly reduce the serum levels of and IL-1β in elderly patients with heart failure, which is important to improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with heart failure.
