摘 要:目的探讨红、蓝单色LED光源对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法将50只小鼠分成5组,每组10只,分别为空白对照组、红光照射5 min组、红光照射10 min组、蓝光照射5 min组、蓝光照射10 min组。对照组不照射,其他4组则每日照射2次。9周后进行跳台试验来评价其学习和记忆能力。检测小鼠脑组织,观察一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(Ach E)变化。结果 5 min错误次数中以空白对照组最高,空白对照组和其他4组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3 min错误次数中以空白对照组最高,空白对照组和其他4组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。空白对照组NO、NOS水平均显著低于蓝光组和红光组,而Ach E则显著高于蓝光组和红光组(P<0.05)。结论蓝、红光均能提高小鼠记忆学习能力,但红光照射5 min对小鼠学习能力提高更显著。Objective To explore the effects of red and blue monochromatic LED light sources on the learning and memory ability of mice. Methods Fifty mice were divided into blank control group,red light irradiation for 5 min group,red light irradiation for 10 min group,blue light irradiation for 5 min group,Blue light irradiation for 10 min group,10 mice in each group. The control group was not irradiated,and the other four groups were irradiated 2 times per day. After 9weeks,jump table test was used to evaluate the learning and memory ability of mice. Nitric oxide( NO),nitric oxide synthase( NOS) and acetylcholinesterase( Ach E) changes were observed in brain tissue of mice. Results In the test for mistakes within 5 min,the blank control group was the highest,and there were significant differences between the blank control group and the other four groups( P〈0. 01). In the test for mistakes within 3 min,the blank control group was the highest,and there were significant differences between the blank control group and the other four groups( P〈0. 01). In the blank control group,the NO and NOS levels were significantly lower than those in the red light group and blue light group,and the Ach E was significantly higher than the red light group and blue light group( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Both blue and red light can improve the learning and memory ability of mice,but red light irradiation for 5 minutes is more effective in improving the learning ability of mice.
