益母草水苏碱药理作用的研究进展

摘　　要：应用益母草治疗妇科与产科相关疾病,是我国传统医学的常用且重要的方法。益母草水苏碱作为益母草的水溶性生物碱,除治疗妇产科疾病外,对心血管系统有一定的治疗作用,可增加冠脉血流、减少左心室压力、延长PQ间期、抑制心肌细胞肥大、减轻血管内皮细胞的生长停滞与衰老、保护内皮细胞及影响心电生理等,还具有抑制细胞凋亡、抗肿瘤、止咳平喘、抑制部分细菌和寄生虫生长、调节免疫反应等功效。Applying Leonorus Japonicus Houtt to treat obstetric and gynaecological diseases is a regular and important approach in traditional Chinese medicine.Stachydrine,a major soluble alkaloid extracted from Leonorus,has extra therapeutic effects on cardiovascular system apart from its effects on gynaecological diseases.The cardiovascular therapeutic effects for stachydrine include increasing coronary blood flow,reducing left ventricular pressure,prolonging PQ interval,inhibiting cardiomyocytes hypertrophy,reducing growth arrest and senescence of endothelial cells,protecting endothelial cells,and affecting cardiac electrophysiology,etc.In addition,strachydrine also has therapeutic effects such as inhibiting cellular apoptosis,relieving cough and asthma,inhibiting the growth of certain bacteria and parasites,regulating immune response,etc.
