摘　　要：强心甾类固醇(CTS)是一类能与钠-钾-ATP酶(Na+-K+-ATPase,NKA)特异性结合的化学物质。CTS可以抑制NKA活性,在泵功能上影响细胞的浓度梯度分布。近年来研究发现,CTS还可以通过与NKA结合,激活信号转导通路,进而调节细胞生长、分化、凋亡和纤维化,对妇女妊娠以及在高血压、肿瘤、心肾等疾病中发挥作用。Cardiotonic steroids（CTS）encompass a group of compounds that share the capacity to bind to the extracellular of Na＋-K＋-ATPase（NKA）.CTS which were first considered important in the regulation of sodium and transport across the plasma membrane can inhibit NKA activity.Recent work found that CTS interacts with different protein kinases that subsequently trigger different signaling transduction cascades by binding with NKA,so it cound take part in the regulation of cell growth,differentiation,apoptosis,and fibrosis,in the process of physiology and pathological of different diseases such as tumor,hypertension,and heart and kidney diseases.
