摘  要:综述了油气钻杆在CO_2与H_2S单独作用及其共同作用三种体系下的腐蚀行为、类型和机理。论述了在CO_2–H_2S共存腐蚀环境下注缓蚀剂技术、耐腐蚀合金钻杆技术、钻杆内表面耐腐蚀涂层技术以及钻杆表面耐腐蚀镀层技术等油气钻杆防护技术的应用,并评价了不同防护技术的优缺点。指出了目前油气钻杆抗CO_2–H_2S共存腐蚀的局限性,展望了相应防护技术的发展方向。The corrosion behavior, mode and mechanism of oil-gas drill pipe in single COe, single H2S and CO2-H2S composite systems were reviewed. The application of protection technologies for oil-gas drill pipe including addition of corrosion inhibitor, adoption of corrosion-resistant alloy drill pipe, preparation of corrosion-resistant layer on the inner surface of drill pipe by coating and deposition of corrosion-resistant coating on the surface of drill pipe by plating were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of different protection technologies were evaluated. The limitation of anticorrosion efficiency for oil-gas drill pipe in CO2-H2S environment was pointed out, and the development trends of related protection technologies were prospected.
