品管圈在提高术中无瘤技术操作正确率中的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在品管圈活动引导下,不断规范和完善手术中无瘤技术相关知识及操作,以便提高术中无瘤技术操作正确率。方法选取手术室护士16名,按照性别、年龄、层级随机分为两组,两组间人员一般资料差异无统计学意义,其中观察组8名,开展应用品管圈参与肿瘤手术配合;对照组8名,应用传统常规参与肿瘤手术配合。结果观察组通过品管圈活动,无瘤技术相关知识掌握情况由开展前的40%提高到98%,无瘤技术正确执行率由开展前的74.30%提高到90.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组无瘤技术相关知识掌握情况为40%,无瘤技术正确执行率为74.3%,均无明显变化,观察组术中无瘤技术操作正确率明显高于对照组。结论在品管圈活动引导下,手术室护士和手术医生的无瘤技术,从观念意识、相关知识到实践操作,都得到不断更新和完善,显著提高无瘤技术操作正确率,使肿瘤手术成功率提高,使医护人员获得成就感。Objective To study the effects of tumor-free technique accuracy undering the quality control circle activities, specification and constantly improve tumor-free technology related knowledge and operation in the operation, in order to improve the intraoperative tumor-free technical operation time.Methods To select the operating room nurses 16 ,were randomly divided into two groups according to gender, age, level, personnel have no obvious difference between the two groups, one group of eight, should be products tube circle involved in tumor surgery with;The control group of eight, applied with traditional regular participation in tumor surgery.Results Through quality management circle ac- tivity, tumor-free technology related knowledge, increased to 98% from 40% before conducting tumor-free technology properly enforced to 90. 71%, from 74.30% before have significant difference （P〈0.05） , the control group, urban and tumor-free technology was 40%, the tumor-free technology properly enforced to 74.3%, there were no obvious changes, the experimental technique of tumor-free technical operation accuracy is significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion In quality management circle activity guided by the operating room nurses and sur- geons tumor-free technology ,from concept and related knowledge to practice the operation, are constantly update and improve, improve tumor- free technical operation correctly, make tumor surgery success rate increase, make the medical staff to get a sense of accomplishment.
