摘 要:自能式分段灭弧系统(MGS)是一种具有多间隙、多拐点的新型纵吹灭弧装置,主要适用于35 kV电压等级以下的输电线路。为研究其灭弧性能,建立了电弧磁流体动力模型,并利用有限元分析软件Fluent对温度场进行仿真,得出气流与电弧在不同参数下的交换状况,并且给出温度场分布和不同监视区域的温度变化曲线,证明工频电弧在发展最初期即受到了强烈抑制。为了确定此系统的续流猝灭效率以及仿真的准确性,对MGS进行灭弧性能试验,试验结果表明:电弧电压没有削减为零,还有残压存在,电弧在300μs左右产生剧烈的电压降,能量分段的工频暂态电弧受纵吹气流作用在大约900μs后缓慢衰减完毕,重燃率基本为零,由此证明仿真结果的正确性和这种灭弧方式的有效性和可靠性。表明MGS对电弧存在强烈的抑制作用,避免发展完全的电弧对绝缘设备的损害。Self-energy sectioned arc-extinguishing system is a new axial-blast arc-extinguishingdevice, which is mainly suitable for the transmission lines below 35 kV voltage grade,containingmultiple clearance and multiple inflection point. In order to study arc-extinguishing performance, thearc magnetic fluid dynamic model is established, and the temperature field is simulated by finiteelement analysis software Fluent. The exchange conditions of gas flow and arc in different parametersare obtained, and the temperature curves of the temperature field in different monitoring area are given,which prove that the power frequency arc is strongly suppressed at the initial stage of development. Inorder to determine the system of the extinguishing efficiency and the accuracy of the simulation, the teston the arc-extinguishing performance of MGS is performed, the test results show that: arc voltage is notreduced to zero, and residual voltage is still exist, arc at 300 Ixs produced severe voltage drop, powerfrequency transient arc of sectioned energy due to axial-blast airflow, slow attenuation is completed inabout 900 μs, and rekindling rate is almost zero, thus proving the correctness and the simulationresults of the validity and reliability of the arc-extinguishing. MGS shows that the arc has a stronginhibition effect, avoiding the development of complete arc damage to insulation equipment.
