摘  要:为了解患渗出性皮炎仔猪中猪葡萄球菌内表皮脱落素的流行情况,采集2个猪场(A场和B场)29头患病猪的痂皮、痂皮下渗出液共48份,进行了猪葡萄球菌的分离鉴定及其脱落素基因的检测。结果显示,48份样品中共分离到29株含脱落素基因的葡萄球菌,经生化鉴定和Gap基因测序分析,表明所有菌株均属于猪葡萄球菌。其中,A场和B场分离的猪葡萄球菌脱落素检出率分别为93.3%和64.3%;A场可检出Exh A、Exh C、Exh D和Shet A共4种脱落素基因,B场可检出Exh A、Exh D和Shet A共3种脱落素基因,但Shet A的检出率在2个猪场中均为最高且与其他3种脱落素大量共存,共存率在A场和B场分别为61.5%和70.0%。2个猪场中痂皮源葡萄球菌中脱落素检出率均高于皮下渗出液,脱落素与渗出性皮炎病具有较高的相关性,其检出率受到2个猪场不同的饲养环境和采样部位的影响,Shet A的高检出率与其他脱落素共存的情况,提示该毒素可能广泛参与了猪葡萄球菌的致病作用。To investigate the prevalence of exfoliative toxins of Staphylococcus hyicus isolated from piglets with exudative epidermitis(EE).48 samples,crusta and exudate,were collected from 29 piglets with EE on farms A and B.S.hyicus strains were isolated and identified,and the exfoliative toxin genes were detected by PCR.The results showed that 29 Staphylococcus encoding exfoliative toxin genes were isolated,and they were all S.hyicus by biochemical identification and Gap gene sequencing analysis.The positive rate of exfoliative toxin genes in farms A and B was 93.3% and 64.3%,respectively.Exfoliative toxin genes,Exh A,Exh D and Shet A,were detected in S.hyicus isolated farm B,and an additional toxin gene,Exh C,was detected in S.hyicus isolated farm B.Shet A shared the hightest positive rates and widely coexisted with the other three exfoliatives on both farms,and the coetistence rates were 61.5%and 70.0% on farms A and B,respectively.Additionally,the positive rate of exfoliative toxins genes in S.hyicus isolated from crusta was higher than that from exudate in both farms.The results showed exfoliative toxin were high correlated to EE.However,the positive rates of exfoliative toxins had effects on breeding environment and sampling location.Shet A was widely distributed in S.hyicus as well as coexisted with other exfoliative toxins,suggesting that it may be widely participated in the patho genicity of S.hyicus.
