摘 要:为研究猴头菇多糖(HPS)对番鸭呼肠孤病毒(MDRV)感染番鸭血清中的细胞因子及激素的影响,以探讨HPS对MDRV感染雏番鸭所致免疫抑制免疫调节作用。本试验借助已建立的MDRV自然感染模型进行HPS防治MDRV感染的试验,采用放射免疫测定方法检测试验番鸭血清中部分细胞因子和激素含量的动态变化。结果显示,MDRV感染能抑制番鸭机体分泌IL-1、IL-2、IL-4、生长激素(GH)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH),在感染中后期促进试验番鸭机体分泌糖皮质激素(GC),引起免疫应答下降或停止;HPS预防用药可以促进MDRV感染番鸭分泌IL-1、IL-2和IL-4;维持ACTH含量的相对稳定,抑制MDRV感染番鸭GC含量的急剧升高,促进GH的分泌,调节神经-内分泌-免疫系统。研究表明,HPS预防用药可通过调节MDRV感染番鸭部分细胞因子和激素的分泌量,参与机体免疫调节的过程,缓解MDRV感染番鸭的临床症状及病理变化,降低死亡率,促进免疫抑制番鸭的康复,为HPS在临床上防治MDRV的研究提供理论依据。To study effects of hericium polysaccharide(HPS) on partial cytokines and hormones in muscovy duck reovirus(MDRV)-infected muscovy ducklings,and to further explore correlations between immunomodulation of HPS and MDRV-induced immunosuppression in muscovy ducklings.In the present study,based on the established MDRV natural infection model,HPS was used for prevention of MDRV infection,and dynamic changes of partial cytokines and hormones in each group were detected with radioimmunoassay.In result,MDRV infection suppressed secretions of interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),growth hormone(GH) as well as adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),and promoted secretions of glucocorticoids(GC) in experimental ducklings at the middle-late period.HPS prevention reversed the reduction of IL-1,IL-2,IL-4 and GH caused by MDRV infection,maintained relatively stable levels of ACTH and inhibited the sharp increase of GC contents in MDRV-infected muscovy ducklings.Our results suggested that HPS was involved in the immunomodulatory process and contributed to recovery of immunosuppressive muscovy ducklings through alteration of secretions of partial cytokines and hormones,and also relieved clinical symptoms and pathological changes and reduced mortality in MDRV-infected muscovy ducklings,which would provide a theoretical basis for clinical application of HPS into prevention of MDRV infection.
