浅谈杨骏教授针刺调神、调气与针刺取效的关系

摘　　要：精、气、神为人之三宝,《黄帝内经》阐释出神与气之重要。本研究从调神、调气的概念及重要性以及针刺调神、调气入手,并具体分析杨骏教授通督调神法和通任调气法,从而为实现针刺"得气"提供条件,利于针刺取效。本研究介绍了杨骏教授临床治疗上常用调神、调气针刺方法,论证调神、调气对针刺取效之关键作用。The spirit, Qi and vitality are three treasures of human body and Yellow Emperor also explains the importance of Qi and vitality. In this paper, it introduces the conception and importance of regulating vitality and Qi,in addition, how to regulate vitality and Qi by acupuncture treatment. Moreover, the paper also has a specific analysis of Professor YANG Jun＇s clinical experience about the governor of the regulation of the divine law and the method of regulating Qi and vitality, which can provide the condition for getting Qi and is conducive to the effect of acupuncture treatment. This paper introduces professor YANG Jun＇s clinical experience on the commonly used methods of regulating Qi and vitality. The paper demonstrates the key role of regulating Qi and vitality on the effect of acupuncture＇ treatment.
