摘 要:目的分析24 h动态心电图>1.5 s长RR间期的常见病因及主要心电图改变。方法对我院接受24h动态心电图检查伴>1.5s长RR间期的患者598例的临床资料进行统计分析。结果三组患者的性别比较差异均无统计学意义(p>0.05),男性的长RR间期发生率均显著高于女性(p<0.05);C组患者的年龄、长RR间期发生率显著高于A组、B组(p<0.05),而B组患者的年龄、长RR间期发生率又显著高于A组(p<0.05)。598例患者中,在病因方面,97例为冠心病+糖尿病+高血压,75例为冠心病+糖尿病,69例为糖尿病+高血压,58例为单发糖尿病,56例为冠心病,50例为肺心病,42例为急性心肌梗死,31例为高血压,31例为脑血管病,15例为病窦综合征,15例为晕厥待查,13例为颈段脊髓损伤,11例为风心病,10例为心肌病,6例为病毒性心肌炎,5例为甲状腺功能亢进,8例为特发心律失常,13例正常,>1.5s长RR24h分布5例发生在06:00~22:00,341例发生在23:00~05:00,252例发生在22:00~06:00,分别占总数的0.84%、57.02%、42.14%。结论 24 h动态心电图能够对RR间期进行长程检测,性别、年龄、发生时间及病因等均对其造成直接而深刻的影响。Objective To analyze 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram long RR interval (more than 1.5s) and the common cause of ECG change. Methods in our hospital received 24h dynamic electrocardiogram (ECG) associated with long RR interval (more than or equal to 1.5s) 598 Cases of patients with the clinical data for statistical analysis. In 598 patients, in the etiology, 97 cases of coronary heart disease and diabetes and hypertension, 75 cases of coronary heart disease and diabetes, 69 cases of diabetes with hypertension, 58 patients with solitary diabetes, 56 cases of coronary heart disease, 50 cases of pulmonary heart disease, 42 cases of acute myocardial infarction, 31 cases of hypertension, 31 cases cerebrovascular disease, 15 cases of sick sinus syndrome, 15 cases of syncope of unknown origin, 13 cases of cervical spinal cord injury, 11 cases of rheumatic heart disease, 10 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy, 6 cases of viral myocarditis, 5 cases of hyperthyroidism, 8 cases of idiopathic arrhythmia, 13 cases of normal, respectively: RR24h 〉l.5s distribution occurred in 5 cases occurred in 06:00-22:00, 341 cases occurred in 23:00-05:00, 252 cases occurred in 22:00-06:00, accounting for 0.84%, 57.02%, 42.14%, respectively. Conclusions 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram can be used for long range detection of RR interval, sex, age, time of occurrence and cause of disease and so on.
