Research on the Evaluation and Development Strategies of Non-optimal Touris Areas in Yunnan Province from the Perspective of Supply and Demand

摘  要:在全域旅游发展理念下,旅游非优区成为了区域旅游业均衡发展的一块"短板"。基于旅游供给主动力与旅游需求内生力两个层面选取并构建了旅游非优区量化测评全面的指标体系,打破传统单一的定性判定研究方法,运用因子分析主成份提取方法对云南省16个地州市进行了旅游发展优劣程度量化测评,判定了云南省旅游旅游非优区的范围与非优因素。提出了:(1)抢抓机遇,借势发展;(2)业态创新,主题开发;(3)形象创新,网罗天下;(4)激活市场,内需先行;(5)区域联动,协同发展等旅游非优区旅游开发的策略。Under the concept of comprehensive tourist development, the non-optimal tourist areas have become the weakest link in regional tourism development. Based on the main supply driver of tourism and the inner driver of tourist demand, this paper set up a comprehensive index system for the quantitative evaluation on the non-optimal tourist areas rather than the traditional research method based on qualitative judgment. What's more, it adopted the extraction method on the basis of main factor analysis to make quantitative evaluation on the tourist development level in 16 cities including cities at or above the prefectural level and autonomous prefectures in Yunnan Province, and put forward the following five strategies in developing the non-optimal tourist areas: (1)seize opportunities and de- velop by advantages;(2)innovate business forms and develop themes;(3)innovate the image and mar- ket online;(4)stimulate the market and motivate the domestic demand first;(5)collaboratively develop through regional cooperation and coordination.
