摘  要:采用臭氧催化氧化/曝气生物滤池/深床厌氧滤池工艺对东莞某大型毛纺织印染厂二级生化出水进行深度处理,经过该工艺处理后出水指标(除总氮外)达到国家《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)的Ⅳ类标准,出水总氮浓度稳定低于8 mg/L,平均值为3.97 mg/L,出水苯胺浓度低于0.3 mg/L。中试运行结果表明,该深度处理工艺可应用于印染废水提标改造的实际工程中。The combined process of catalytic aerobic filter was used for advanced treatment of the ozonation, biological aerated filter and deep-bed an- secondary biochemical effluent from a large woolen textile printing and dyeing factory in Dongguan. The main effluent indicators of the combined process ex- cept for TN could meet the 1V criteria specified in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water ( GB 3838 - 2002). The effluent concentration of TN was below 8 mg/L with a mean of 3.97 mg/L, and the effluent concentration of aniline was below 0.3 mg/L. The pilot-scale operation performance showed that the advanced treatment process coutd be applied for upgrading and reconstruction of printing and dye- ing wastewater treatment plants.
