摘 要:以铁板为电极,通过间歇试验和连续流试验分析低电流电絮凝法去除重金属离子Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Pb^(2+)的影响因素及效果。结果表明,在电流密度为0.42 A/dm2、电解时间为10 min、极板间距为14 mm、废水电导率为1.0 m S/cm、电絮凝反应器出水p H调节值为8.5条件下,对Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Pb^(2+)的去除率分别达到99.8%、98.6%和99.7%以上,处理后该3种重金属离子的浓度均远低于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级排放标准。Using the iron plate as electrode in batch experiment and continuous flow experiment, the influence factors and removal efficiency of heavy metals, including CuE + , Zn2 + and Pb2 + , of the low current eleetrocoagulation technology were analyzed. Results showed that removal efficiencies of Cu2+ , Zn2 + , Pb2 + were 99.8% , 98.6% , 99.7% respectively, when the current density was 0.42 A/dm2, the time of the electrolytic treatment was 10 min, the distance between the electrode plates was 14 ram, the conductivity was 1.0 mS/cm, and adjusted value of effluent pH was 8.5. Concentrations of Cu2 + , Zn2 + and Pb2+ in effluent were much lower than the requirements in the national standard.
